I Haven't posted anything in awhile, it's been so hot down here it's hard to get motivated. Finally I got a wild hair to get them done.  Teal season is around the corner.

Tony, Vince, and Benp, I appreciate you guys taking the time to comment. That hurricane went by to the north of us, and finally got some cooler air moving around here. Time to get busy carving again!

Glad you made it through the hurricane fine. I'm dealing with the rain and wind right now and will miss opening day of dove season which is okay as long as everyone is safe this weekend. Got plenty more days to go hunting.

Tony, glad to hear that. the storm was well north of us. Just some wind and rain. I think it's been ten years since we were hit last. I'd be happy with another ten years of nothing.

Well we got a lot of wind and rain it but wasn't the worst storm that's come through here. I drove around today and a lot of roads are flooded and saw some trees down and the power company fixing a pole that came down. Everything I had is safe and families are safe.
Sadly saw that 1 person died a couple counties over when a 18 wheeler flipped over.

Benp, good to hear you and your family made it through without any unneeded excitement.

Very nice looking birds, Jeff.  That coot really catches my eye.  Never seen the others here on the "Left" Coast.  Nice job Dude.
