I think that is quite accurate. The type moving all over dove me a little nuts but still accurate.

I was asked if I was an artist the other night by a woman who was painting in acrylics on canvas. I stuttered a none coherent answer. What I do is creative sure. Artistic?... I don't know we are sure hesitant as carvers to step into that box.

I like craftsman better than artist.  I don't have to wear a beret and speak with a French accent or wear a smock.

when you actually look at the history of artist then we would be included into that category because during the renaissance, sculptors, painters, craftsmen, musicians were all called artist. they didn't distinguish them differently as we do nowadays. but i still wouldn't consider myself as an artist.
Brandon the crazy flow of words was hard for me to keep up on too.
