Here's a link to some pics from the Young Guns Comp earlier this month.  This competition was specifically set up to get younger carvers involved in carving.   I think the future looks pretty bright going by some of the work that was entered.  I was proud to see my nephew pulled 3rd place in the 9 year old and under group....I imagine his dad was extremely proud.

I'm just amazed at what the kids can do at such a young age.  The resources regardless of if it's videos, internet or one on one instruction... I think really shows up with the youngsters.  This stuff really fires me up.  We need more of these types activities to keep our young kids on the right track.

That is some awesome talent them youngsters   got .
Good to see younger carvers coming up to keep it all going .
