Nice day on the water.  Ok, now for the dumb question...  How do you fillet the wings on those guys?  I've heard the meat taste like scallops.  I catch them from time to time and have heard it's really tough to do (filleting) so I throw them back. 
The older I get, the better I was...

Nice catch but I'm even more impressed with your gene line... holy smokes you got some thick boys. You should have had 3 more and you could fill out a college offensive line!

No decoys for these I did joke about it.   Easy to clean. Fillet like a flonder. Eventually a hillbilly can figure that picture thing out. Jack!

One of the bays I fish down here is covered up with those jokers.  Maybe I need to carry my bow next trip ;D
