I have had a couple of questions on this so I figured I would clarify it here.  It is basically understood that we desire to keep things upbeat and fun around here by not allowing bashing of any kind.  However, we do not consider a critique of decoy to be bashing as long as it is done as constructive criticism.  One of the goals of WorkingDecoys.Net is to learn from each other and that requires positive and negative commenting on posted decoys.
Comments to help someone improve their carving or painting are always welcome.  Personal attacks at an individual are not.  We do not want every decoy posted to be followed by Nice, Looks good, Nice bird and that is it.  If you see something that does not look right to you feel free to make the comment, just do it constructively.
Some things to remember:

1)   The goal here is hunting decoys
2)   We can all learn something
3)   Consider if you would appreciate the comment on a decoy you posted
