Hey all,

I have finished up several decoys in the past couple months.  Carved foam bodies, basswood heads and tailboards with recessed composite decking keel.  I have some different views of a few if anyone wants to see.  Take care,

MIke

I can really appreciate a foamer that looks like that.  Love the clean lines on the carving and the paint.  The decoys are nice and smooth...easy on the eye.  Outstanding work.

Scott this may be your first step to the dark side!

BTW - outstanding decoys.

Thanks for the kind words guys!  I love posting to this site, fewer people see it than on the refugeforums, but the ones that do truly seem to appreciate our fine art of decoy making.
Buddy- The last drake gadwall I painted I started last Friday evening and finished Sunday afternoon- so probably 10 plus hours.  I am actually getting faster, and I hope better.  I have done maybe 8 drake gadwalls now so that helps a lot.  Take care,
